10月30日（金）発売の WILDSIDE × PEACEMINUSONE の商品販売に伴い、
WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO HARAJUKUおよびWILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO OSAKAでは、入店整理券の抽選を実施いたします。

ご希望の店舗の応募フォームよりお申し込みください。応募にあたっては、ページ下部の注意事項を必ずご確認ください。

本抽選は、入店権利および入店順を決定するための抽選です。厳正なる抽選により、当選者を決定いたします。
当選者には、整理券番号、集合時間および入場枠を当選メールにて個別にご案内いたします。必ずメールの内容をご確認のうえ、指定された集合時間にご来店ください。なお、集合時間および入場枠の指定・変更はできかねます。
また、整理券番号順にご案内するため、ご来店時にご希望の商品が完売している場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

【入店整理券に関する注意事項】

※以下の注意事項を必ずご確認のうえ、ご応募ください。

＜抽選・入店整理券について＞
- 本抽選は入店整理券の抽選であり、商品の購入を保証するものではありません。
- ご応募はお一人様1回限りです。複数のメールアドレスやアカウントを使用した応募を含め、同一人物による複数回の応募が確認された場合、抽選対象外となる場合がございます。
- 抽選結果は、10月28日（水）に当選者の方へのみ、順次メールにてご案内いたします。
- 抽選結果に関するお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねます。
- メールは「wildside@yohjiyamamoto.co.jp」より送信いたします。「@yohjiyamamoto.co.jp」からのメールを受信できるよう、あらかじめ設定してください。
- 当選メールは送信専用のため、返信いただいても対応いたしかねます。
- 当選した入店整理券の転売・譲渡は禁止いたします。
- 入店整理券は当選者ご本人のみ有効です。第三者への貸与・譲渡はできません。
- 集合時間・場所および入場枠は、当選メールにて個別にご案内いたします。
- 当選後の入場枠の変更はできません。

＜ご入場・お買い物について＞
- 当選メールに記載された集合時間に店舗指定の場所へお集まりください。集合時間になりましたら、スタッフが整理券番号順にお呼び出しいたします。 本人確認および整列の後、入場枠の開始時間より整理券番号順に順次ご案内いたします。
- 入場枠は時間制となります。終了時間が近づいた際、スタッフよりお声がけさせていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
- 集合時間に遅れた場合、入場枠内で入店順が後回しとなります。各入場枠の終了時間までにご来店がない場合、入店整理券は無効となります。
- ご入店時には当選メールをご提示ください。スクリーンショット、転送メール、印刷物ではご入店いただけません。応募者ご本人のメールアドレスに届いた当選メールを、受信画面でご提示ください。
- ご入店時に応募時の登録情報と本人確認書類を照合し、本人確認を行う場合がございます。本人確認ができない場合、ご入店をお断りする場合がございます。
- 運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、パスポート、 在留カード など、顔写真付きの公的本人確認書類をご持参ください。コピーや画像での提示は不可とします。
- 商品には購入点数制限を設けております。詳細は当日スタッフの案内に従ってください。
- 商品は数量に限りがあるため、ご入店いただいてもご希望の商品を購入できない場合がございます。
- ご入店・ご購入は当選者ご本人に限ります。同伴者の入店および代理購入はできません。
- お会計は当選者ご本人のみとさせていただきます。複数名分をまとめてお支払いいただくことはできません。
- 店内での長時間の滞在、携帯電話の使用および写真撮影はご遠慮ください。
- スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合、ご入店または商品の販売をお断りする場合がございます。
- 荒天や交通機関の乱れ、その他やむを得ない事情により、予告なく販売を中止、または営業時間を変更する場合がございます。
- お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
- 一度退店された後の再入店はできません。
- 商品の完売情報は、WILDSIDE公式Instagramにてお知らせいたします。

＜店舗周辺での待機について＞
- 指定された集合時間及び、入場枠より前に、店舗周辺で長時間お待ちいただくことはご遠慮ください。
- 前日からの待機や徹夜、場所取りは禁止いたします。場所取りと判断される物品等は撤去する場合がございます。
- 近隣のご迷惑とならないよう、指定された集合時間より前に店舗周辺へお集まりいただくことはお控えください。
- 整列・入店時はスタッフの案内に従ってください。

応募フォームを送信された時点で、上記すべての注意事項に同意いただいたものとみなします。

WILDSIDE × PEACEMINUSONE Store Entry Lottery Information

An entry lottery will be held for the release of WILDSIDE × PEACEMINUSONE on Friday, October 30, at WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO HARAJUKU and WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO OSAKA.

Please apply using the application form for your preferred store. Be sure to read the important information at the bottom of this page before applying.

This lottery determines the right to enter the store and the order of entry. Winners will be selected through a fair and impartial lottery.
Each winner will be individually notified of their ticket number, designated check-in time, and entry time slot via email. Please be sure to check the details in your email and arrive at the designated check-in time. Please note that the check-in time and entry time slot cannot be selected or changed.
Please note that your preferred items may be sold out by the time you visit the store, as entry will be granted in ticket number order. Thank you for your understanding.

[Important Information Regarding Store Entry Tickets]

Please read the following information carefully before applying.

[Lottery and Store Entry Tickets]
- This lottery is for store entry tickets only and does not guarantee the purchase of any products.
- Each person may apply only once. Multiple applications by the same individual, including applications made using multiple email addresses or accounts, may result in disqualification.
- Winners will be notified by email on Wednesday, October 28. Your designated entry time will be provided in the email.
- We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding lottery results.
- Emails will be sent from wildside@yohjiyamamoto.co.jp. Please ensure that your email settings allow you to receive messages from @yohjiyamamoto.co.jp.
- The notification email is sent from a no-reply address. Replies will not be answered.
- Reselling or transferring a winning store entry ticket is prohibited.
- Store entry tickets are valid only for the selected winners and may not be lent or transferred to another person.
- Your designated meeting time, location, and entry slot will be provided in the notification email. Please arrive at the specified time.
- Changes to your designated entry time cannot be accommodated after winning.

[Store Entry and Purchases]
- Please arrive at the designated location at the meeting time stated in your winning notification email. At the designated meeting time, staff will call applicants in ticket number order. After identity verification and lining up, applicants will be admitted in ticket number order from the start of their assigned entry slot.
- Entry slots are time-limited. Staff may notify you when your entry slot is nearing its end. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you arrive late for your designated check-in time, your entry order will be moved to the back of the queue within your assigned time slot. If you do not arrive by the end of your assigned time slot, your entry ticket will be invalidated.
- You must present your winning notification email upon arrival. Screenshots, forwarded emails, and printed copies will not be accepted. Please display the original email in your inbox on the device associated with the email address used to apply.
- Your application details may be checked against your identification document upon arrival to verify your identity. Entry may be refused if your identity cannot be verified.
- Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, My Number Card, passport, or residence card. Copies and images of identification documents will not be accepted.
- Purchase limits apply. Please follow the instructions provided by store staff on the day.
- Product quantities are limited. Entry does not guarantee that your preferred items will be available for purchase.
- Store entry and purchases are limited to the selected winner. Accompanying guests and purchases on behalf of others are not permitted.
- Payment must be made by the selected winner. Combined payments for multiple people are not permitted.
- Please refrain from staying in the store for extended periods, using mobile phones, or taking photographs.
- If you fail to follow staff instructions, entry may be refused or the sale of products may be declined.
- Sales may be suspended or business hours may be changed without prior notice due to severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Returns and exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer are not accepted.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the store.
- Information on sold-out items will be announced on the official WILDSIDE Instagram account.

[Waiting Around the Store]
- Please do not wait around the store for extended periods before your designated arrival time or entry slot.
- Waiting overnight, lining up from the previous day, and reserving places in line are prohibited. Items deemed to have been placed to reserve a spot may be removed.
- To avoid inconveniencing neighboring businesses and residents, please do not gather around the store before your designated arrival time.
- Please follow staff instructions when lining up and entering the store.
